Jesse is the owner and lead artist of Valkyrie Tattoo & Piercing, and a U.S. Navy veteran with more than a decade of tattooing experience. He specializes in Norse-inspired and symbolic work, largely black and grey, with precision, depth, and intention in every piece.

Jai Woods graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts, concentrating in sculptural ceramics with a secondary studio focus in drawing. She was a teacher for the NC Public School System for seven years. Jai began her tattoo apprenticeship in Wilmington, North Carolina from 2021-2023.
