Online booking needs at least 24 hours’ notice and a 30% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and comes off your total at checkout. Same-day? Walk in any day we’re open.

Not sure the placement suits your anatomy? Ask before you book. Stop by the studio, or have our piercer look at clear photos first. If your anatomy won’t hold the piercing you booked, your deposit becomes credit toward another service, never a refund.

Need to move the date? One reschedule, arranged by phone. A second reschedule forfeits the deposit. Each piercing is priced individually with the jewelry you choose. Jewelry changes carry a small fee, even for piercings done elsewhere. Full details live in the cancellation policy.

Piercings are 18+ standard. Minors may be pierced in some cases: a parent or legal guardian present, valid ID for both, the minor’s birth certificate, and written consent. Earlobes start at age 6. Everything else for minors is case by case, so call (336) 456-1161 to confirm eligibility before coming in.
